2010 Hamefarin - after the burning of 'Siglaheim'

A few pics of the end of the galley 'Siglaheim' after the burning. The galley was dragged ashore and the fire extinguished.

The tail was removed to be taken to the Lerwick Galley Shed.

The head was also removed to be taken to the Lerwick Galley shed.

One of the nameplates is retained at the Lerwick Galley Shed.

These H&S Rules were attached to the Jetty.

Some pics of the evening event at the 2010 Hamefarin Viking Parade. Light up around Clickimin Broch, Jarl's Squads marching around Loch of Clickimin and the burning of the Hamefarin Galley 'Siglaheim' on the Loch. Used no flash for any of these photos to test various 'low light' modes.
